Retail Shopping

Okay, so you've just unpacked that last box and are starting to settle down in your new Moreno Valley home. What now? Well, there are for sure some things that you still need to fill the cupboards and closets. Everyone needs a good shopping trip when stocking up to start a new life in a new home and you don't need to go far in Moreno Valley to find everything that you could possibly be looking for, whether you're in the market for a new set of dishes or Blackberry leather cases.

Most Moreno Valley shopping trips will start at the Moreno Valley Mall. Located on Towngate Shopping Center, this oasis for any fashionista to bargain shopper has over one hundred stores, a variety of restaurants and a new state-of-the-art movie theatre with sixteen screens. Whether you're looking for new work duds or a couple baby sleeping bags for a family camping trip, this is the perfect place to start your search. And if you don't find what you need there, head to one of the other eight shopping malls in town!

If you're looking to start up a garden in your new home and need some Bahco tools, head down to Gardens Alive and you could receive twenty dollars off of your first purchase. Gardens Alive deals in environmentally responsible gardening materials, from tools to pest control, and is the perfect place to help you navigate that California soil and achieve great garden results. Who knows, maybe soon you could even boast having the nicest garden on the block!

Speaking of living green, Moreno Valley is home to a great Farmer's Market, full of local and organic produce. Buying local means that you are not only getting fresh and tasty food for you and your family, it also means that you are having a positive impact on your local community. While you may need to buy aquarium filters that were manufactured out of the United States, you can definitely get your corn and tomatoes from local suppliers.

If you're new to the area, than taking a stroll down some of the main streets of Moreno Valley can be the best shopping experience of all. When you're done running from the mall to a department store looking for online collaboration software for your new home office, it's nice to just relax in the California sun and see what you can find in the quaint little shops downtown. You never know what original piece you might find to bring one of your new rooms together.

Once the shopping day is over, you're going to need a place to eat. Moreno Valley is known for its great food. If you're looking for something a little more exciting than the local Chili's or Olive Garden, you should check out La Fuente Restaurant or HOGGS Gourmet Grill, which are known as two of the best places to end a long day in the city. La Fuente is located on Ironwood Ave, while HOGGS can be found on Fredrick Street.
